New hotel with modern amenities, including iPhone/iPad charger. Amazing breakfast with wide range and great quality. Attentive staff and speedy housekeeping service.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel. The room was bright and spacious, with a large bathroom complete with a deep bath. Plus, the views from our room were fine, offering an lovely backdrop for our stay. The hotel had a great selection of bars and restaurants, including a fun concept called The Dockyard with a wonderful variety of delicious foods. We also enjoyed the pool and fussball tables, adding a touch of fun to our getaway. The location was convenient, with easy access to taxis and the option to take a ferry to explore beautiful areas nearby.

That some aspects of the hotel were not well maintained. The carpet in our room had stains, and the service was not up to par.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the Whampoa train station, making it easy to access the airport. It is also away from the busy center of Kowloon, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with teak veneers and a complimentary mini-bar. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of fresh East/West food.

The front desk staff could have been more friendly and attentive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was perfect, always smiling and willing to help. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and new atmosphere. The gym had amazing skyline views, and the outdoor pool was just perfect. The location was great, right on the riverwalk and away from the busy areas of the city. It was convenient to walk to the nearest Whampoa MTR station, which allowed us to easily explore the majority of the places we had planned to visit. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The service at Kerry Hotel was really good. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Our room was spacious, clean, and had amazing views of the surroundings. The buffet lunch and breakfast were delicious and offered great value for money. We also loved the added bonus of the club on the 8th floor, where we enjoyed drinks and food while taking in the amazing harbor views. we had a fantastic stay at Kerry Hotel and would highly recommend it for a nice experience.

We stayed at a hotel located in a suburban area, making it easy to access the majority of the places we had planned to visit. The hotel is on the waterfront, providing beautiful views of the river. The room we stayed in was beyond our expectations, with a great view and clean bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lack of flexibility in the food options for non-meat eaters.

The highlight was definitely the hotel lounge on the 8th floor. The atmosphere was perfect - relaxing and inviting. The variety of food and drink options made it a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff, especially Alison, were friendly and made me feel right at home. I can't wait to return to Hong Kong and stay at Kerry Hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable experience.

the exclusive amenities were impressive, especially the Spa & wellness centre that offered an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and massage services. the sun terrace had a stunning view of the city. the room was comfortable, and the restaurant had unique menus and delicious food.

The only minor issue was with the service at the poolside snack bar. We had to wait for some time for our drinks, but it did not ruin our experience.

the spa and wellness centre were top, notch, and the massage I received left me feeling refreshed. the outdoor swimming pool was also a highlight, with its sun terrace and beautiful garden area. the restaurant served incredible food and had a great poolside snack bar, perfect for a mid, day break.
